Some borrower members of cooperative institutions are failing to repay loan principal and interest on time, creating liquidity problems and delaying the refund of other members’ savings. Borrowers are therefore instructed to repay loans as per existing laws and agreements. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and cooperatives are authorized to recover outstanding dues under the Cooperative Act and Regulations.
According to the decision made in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2081/04/19 (B.S.), the 24th Annual General Meeting of this institution will be held on the following date, time, and venue. All members are cordially requested to be present.
